Bryan Konoski is known around the courts as an attorney that does not cut corners, and fights hard for every client. He is also known for being a fierce trial attorney who will not back down from a fight.
Early in his career, Bryan Konoski had “broken records” in the legal community. After a detailed interview conducted by a panel of 25 experienced trial attorneys, he had become the youngest attorney appointed to the exclusive Homicide Panel for the First Department (Manhattan). Being appointed to the Homicide Panel is a great honor and privilege that is extremely difficult to obtain and Mr. Konoski holds his appointment in very high regard.

Bryan Konoski has quickly become one of New York City’s high powered criminal trial attorneys. He regularly handles high profile cases, appears in the news media, and also appears as an expert legal commentator on Television news programs. His background, experience, skill, and tenacity are unmatched in the City of New York.
Mr. Konoski is also an active member of the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NYSACDL), which is a specialized bar association dedicated exclusively to criminal defense.
Mr. Konoski received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook. He graduated cum laude (honors), was a member of numerous honor societies, and received various academic awards.
At Brooklyn Law School he was a dean’s merit scholar and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Upon graduation he was awarded a highly prestigious award for his success in trial advocacy. Additionally, Mr. Konoski was a trial advocacy instructor for an elite trial competition program at the school. Through his teaching, Brooklyn Law School became noted as the number one school for trial advocacy in New York State.
After graduating Law School, Mr. Konoski scored a 149 out of a possible 150 (99th Percentile Nationally) on the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE), which is a test administered as a part of the Bar Exam.

Kira Treyvus is an aggressive and detailed litigator. She has represented hundreds of defendants in complex criminal cases and is known for her laser-sharp focus to detail. For instance, in the case of People v. Stacy Adamson, a high profile Homicide case, she was praised by the Judge for her aggressive approach to the entire case, and the fact that she had one of the longest and most detailed closing arguments that he had seen. The closing addressed every possible issue and detail available to the defendant and she did not rest her argument for more than 2 hours. This closing, and the praise she received from the Judge, demonstrated her unique and aggressive approach to complex and difficult cases. It is this approach that she takes into every case.

Ms. Treyvus is dedicated to criminal defense and is an active member of the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NYSACDL), which is a specialized bar association dedicated exclusively to criminal defense.
However, it must be noted that her commitment to defend those accused of crimes started back in college when she attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice. While at John Jay she received her undergraduate degree in Forensic Psychology, as it relates to criminal law, and graduated cum laude (honors).
After college Ms. Treyvus attended Brooklyn Law School where she was one of only eight students selected to participate as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society’s elite trial program. As a member of the Moot Court trial program, she competed against the best trial programs in the state. As a result of Ms. Treyvus’ dedication, detailed case preparation and leadership, the Brooklyn Law School trial program was ranked number 1 in New York State and in the top 2 1/2% of the nation. Her contributions to Brooklyn Law School’s trial program were rewarded. Upon graduation she received a rare and prestigious award for excellence in trial advocacy.
